White Sangria Exotique
Makes 6 servings

One (750 mL) bottle chilled Pinot Grigio

One (15 ounce) can lychees in syrup

½ cup light rum

½ cup fresh lemon juice

4 tangerines, sliced horizontally into thirds

2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

1½ cups chopped pineapple

1 tablespoon St. Germain elderflower liqueur (optional)

1 tablespoon Domaine de Canton ginger liqueur (optional)

Ice, for serving

1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, mix the wine, lychees and their syrup, rum, lemon juice tangerines, kiwis, pineapple and liqueurs (if using).

2. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 to 4 hours to allow the flavors to develop.

3. Fill 6 tall glasses with ice. Pour the sangria and serve.
