The Thai Chef Serving Up a Signature Dish

Chef Hong Thaimee may be best known for her East Village outpost, Ngam, where she was serving zucchini noodle pad thai long before zoodles became a thing. But the model-turned-restaurateur is ready to be known all over town. Building a mini New York City empire, the chef has been working to open three other locations: Thaimee Box, Thaimee Magic and a Thaimee Pop Up at the McCarren Hotel (which has since ended). And she has officially rebranded the original Ngam to Thaimee Table. In other words, get to know the Thaimee name.
