And she’s not the only one who’s excited to get back to work. A handful of her co-stars and pals filled the comments section with words about the new installment. “Can’t wait for you guys to see what we’re cooking up!” wrote Sarah Dugdale (Lizzie). Ben Hollingsworth (Brady) added, “Hi Internet land. we [heart emoji] u. #Season4.”
While the internet was happy to see the cast back together, a few eagle-eyed fans pointed out some important observations. For example, one individual noticed that Jack (aka Martin Henderson) was absent from the video. Another person noted that the crew appeared to be filming what seemed like a wedding. And finally, a handful of comments were regarding the return of Hope (Annette O'Toole). As a reminder, Hope was noticeably absent from season three, when it was revealed that she was away visiting her sick, elderly aunt.
This is the first official video the series has posted to tease the new installment. (However, earlier this month, the account shared another clip of the cast and crew celebrating Henderson’s birthday on set.)
ICYMI: Back in September, Netflix revealed that the drama series had been picked up for a fourth and fifth season. Hours later, Colin Lawrence (John “Preacher” Middleton) and Hollingsworth revealed that the fourth installment will include 12 episodes, rather than the usual ten, in a clever video on Instagram.
We just hope they don’t make us wait too long for this.
