Watch Yourself: Uber Drivers Can Now Give You Detailed Feedback
Backseat barfers and tardy tyrants alike will be able to get some much-needed feedback with Uber’s new Feedback for Riders function.
Uber launched the new means of constructive criticism today to help UberPool and UberX riders in the U.S. and Canada better understand their Uber rating and fine-tune their manners.
Now, if a driver gives a rider fewer than five stars, they’ll have the option to provide some friendly feedback regarding attitude, wait time, number of riders, patience, route selection and cleanliness, because let’s face it: We’re all in this Uber ride together.
If a rider receives the same negative feedback three times in a 30-day period, they’ll get a little check-yourself-before-you-wreck-yourself pop-up notification when they open the app.
Riders, time to brush up on your Emily Post.
