Quick refresher: Cold brew is made with, yep, cold water. That means it’s less acidic and smoother than your standard iced coffee.
According to Joe, all you have to do is toss two cold-brew bags into a pitcher with seven cups of cold water, let it steep in the fridge overnight (8 to 12 hours) and voilà, delicious refreshment. Also, according to TJ, the resulting brew has “subtle, complex notes of berries and molasses.” We’ll have to taste it ourselves—for quality control, obviously.
At only $6 for four bags, it’s a total steal. As they say, be your own barista. (They don’t say that? They should.)
