Tracee Ellis Ross has barely aged in the past 18 years—and we've got the pics to prove it.
On Monday, the Black-ish star treated fans to a throwback pic from her iconic shoot in 2002, and of course, fans couldn't help but gush over her stylish outfit. She captioned the post, "Shot by @patrickdemarchelier for @harpersbazaarus’s Best Dressed America list in 2002. I still have everything I’m wearing in this pic!"
In the pic, Ross poses like a pro among a group of models on a white platform. She's seen wearing a patterned black-and-white dress, a matching head scarf and stellar brown boots (which, of course, steal the show).
Not surprisingly, fans proceeded to ask her to recreate the look, since she claimed to still own these pieces. One fan said, "Tracee, you have to redo this look in 2020 please." Another fan wrote, "This deserves a “recreation” [heart emoji] so beautiful, then and now!!"
Luckily, the fans got what they asked for, because only a day later, Ross posted a new pic of herself modeling the exact same outfit—and she hasn't changed at all.
If we didn't know any better, we'd say that these pics were taken within days of each other. One commenter joked, "So the only thing that changed in 18 years is...the background, right? Did I get the 'spot the difference' game? Do I win?" Another fan said, "I thought this was some strange photoshop! Look at you twinning with yourself looking fly no matter what decade."
This isn't the first time that the Pattern founder has copied an iconic look from the past. In October, the actress recreated one of Diana Ross's most famous looks from her 1975 film, Mahogany. In the post, we see a snap of Diana in a wide-brimmed white hat and elegant bun, and in the second slide, Tracee is seen rocking the exact same look.
