From unrivaled tennis skills to founding an international movement, here are the six deserving folks recognized with individual covers for Time’s annual issue.
Actress Nicole Kidman
#MeToo Founder Tarana J. Burke
Tennis Player Roger Federer
Comedienne Tiffany Haddish
Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella
Singer-Cum-Actress Jennifer Lopez
The list also features a number of noteworthy actors, including Roseanne Barr (Roseanne), Hugh Jackman (The Greatest Showman), Sterling K. Brown (This Is Us), Millie Bobby Brown (Stranger Things), Issa Rae (Insecure), Lena Waithe (Master of None), John Krasinski (A Quiet Place) and Gal Gadot (Wonder Woman).
They are joined by the likes of media mogul Oprah Winfrey, Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim, rapper Cardi B, talk show host Jimmy Kimmel, Lady Bird director Greta Gerwig and TV personalities Hoda Kotb and Savannah Guthrie. Oh, and did we mention Prince Harry and his soon-to-be wife, Meghan Markle, also made the list?
Talk about a well-deserved honor.
