Netflix Finally Drops the Trailer for ‘Tiger King 2’ & It’s Coming Sooner Than We Thought

“When you think you’ve seen it all, you haven’t quite seen it all.” That’s the first thing we hear in the official teaser for Tiger King 2.

Netflix released the official trailer for the second installment of its popular show on Wednesday. And just because Joe Exotic is in prison, doesn’t mean all of the tiger drama is over. “There’s an innocent man in prison. Everybody from the zoo is out there making money, and I’m paying the price for every one of them people,” Exotic says in a voiceover. “If you give a damn, it's time to speak up.”

The footage also shows pieces of the ongoing investigation into the disappearance of Carole Baskin’s ex-husband, Don Lewis, as well as glimpses of Jeff Lowe’s life post-Tiger King. Watch the two-minute clip below.

Netflix’s official synopsis reads, “With Joe Exotic behind bars and Carole Baskin closing in on ownership of his disreputable zoo, the Emmy-nominated saga continues its twisted course with Tiger King 2 as newfound revelations emerge on the motivations, backstories and secrets of America’s most notorious big cat owners. Old enemies and frenemies, including Jeff Lowe, Tim Stark, Allen Glover and James Garretson return for another season of murder, mayhem and madness. Thought you knew the whole story? Just you wait.”

In addition to releasing the clip, the streaming platform also announced the series’s official air date: November 17.

Consider this your official invitation to sit on the couch and binge-watch all five episodes.
