Prepare to laugh out loud, like, a lot.
The Girls Trip star will get back to her stand-up roots and join the ranks of comics like Chris Rock, Dave Chappell and Ali Wong, who have all planted their comedy special flags at Netflix.
The yet-to-be-titled special will reportedly be filmed in early 2019. This marks Haddish’s second time working with Netflix and is one of seemingly hundreds of upcoming projects. She will lend her voice to the animated Netflix comedy Tuca & Bertie and is slated to appear in the Girls Trip sequel. She also has an HBO first-look deal and is starring in the upcoming film Night School.
To borrow Haddish’s words, we ready.
