Of all the Pearson siblings, Kevin (Justin Hartley) is definitely the most, um, confident. So it should be no surprise that he’s more than thrilled to have a little piece of his stardom on display at Kate (Chrissy Metz) and Toby’s (Chris Sullivan) house.
In honor of the This Is Us season three finale, 42-year-old Hartley pointed out the little-known fun fact on Twitter and now we can’t stop thinking, “Manny say whaatttt?!”
Yep, Kate and Toby have a poster from The Manny hanging—framed with white matte paper, we might add in their home.
“Fun fact: The Manny poster hangs on the walls of the KaToby household. Big fans. #ThisIsUs,” Hartley tweeted.
All of this The Manny talk makes us wonder: Now that Kevin is back in Los Angeles “indefinitely,” will he put his babysitting knowledge to the test with little Jack? He’s eager to be a dad—hey, it’s why he and Zoe broke up. But can he be trusted to watch over a little one after Kate spent so much time babysitting him when she was his assistant? The verdict is still out on that one, but at least Rebecca (Mandy Moore) will be there to play referee.
Nonetheless, over the past season, we learned that The Manny was super popular in Vietnam (remember that shirtless selfie Kevin promised the hotel worker?) and Korea (and when Kevin kept getting recognized while Randall tried to campaign for city council?). But now we know where the show’s strongest fan base resides: right in Kate and Toby’s home.
We can’t say we saw that one coming.
