Former Orange Is the New Black star Taylor Schilling just revealed she has a new boo.
The 35-year-old actress—who is known for keeping her personal life extremely private—shared the happy news on Instagram, reposting an image from girlfriend Emily Ritz’s Instagram story.
The photo of the couple came with Ritz’s caption that read, “I couldn’t be more proud to be by your side, @tayschilling, Happy Pride!”
According to Just Jared, Schilling and Ritz is a visual artist and musician. She and Schilling reportedly met through mutual friends before pursuing a romantic relationship late last year.
Schilling has been very quiet about her private life in the past, telling Evening Standard in 2017, “I think it’s pretty invasive. I’ve had very serious relationships with lots of people, and I’m a very expansive human. There’s no part of me that can be put under a label,” after speculation that she was in a relationship with Portlandia actress and musician Carrie Brownstein.
While we imagine the couple will return to private mode, we wish them congratulations nonetheless. Oh, and happy Pride, y’all.
