Meet the “tacro,” a taco-croissant hybrid from San Francisco’s Vive La Tarte bakery that’s taking Instagram by storm. It’s everything you want in a taco: pulled pork with pineapple, chicken with avocado, or barbecue jackfruit. The only difference is that instead of a tortilla, it’s wrapped in a savory croissant shell.
Compared to past internet food mash-ups, we’ve got to say this one looks pretty damn appetizing.
