Sarah Snook is a mom!
Yesterday, the Succession star, 35, announced that she has given birth to her first child with her husband, Dave Lawson, 44. On Instagram, the Australian actress shared the exciting news with her followers by posting a first-glimpse photo of her newborn baby (face completely concealed) watching the highly anticipated finale of the HBO series, which premiered this past Sunday.
Along with the baby photo, Snook took a moment to reflect on the end of Succession and how much it has changed her life. In the caption, Snook wrote, “It’s hard to express what this show has meant to me.”
“But my heart had to be this full of all the memories, good times, challenges and triumphs, to be able to break at all…so that makes me grateful,” she continued. “To have been blessed to join this crazy adventure of a show will be a career highlight, which will no doubt be hard to top.”
Before she ended the message, Snook shared that she is excited to start the next chapter of her life: being a mom. “I just watched the final episode of the final season of something that has changed my life. And now, my life has changed again. Thank you for all the love and support.”
Back in March, Snook made headlines when she debuted her baby bump on the red carpet for the Succession season four premiere.
The actress surprised everyone (us included) when she walked into the event with a surprise plus one, her growing belly in full view. In photos taken at the event, the new mom was glowing in a sleek black dress with a sparkly silver shawl draped around her shoulders.
