It looks like the royal family will be celebrating another wedding very soon.
Congrats are in order for Stephanie Phillips, the half-sister to Peter Phillips and Zara Tindall, and the daughter of Mark Phillips, who was Princess Anne's first husband until their divorce in 1992. It appears that the 23-year-old just got engaged to her boyfriend of two years, William Hosier.
The news was announced on Phillips's official Instagram account, where she posted a series of engagement photos along with the date for their wedding. The caption said: "09.05.21 • [photo] credit @quiet_media."
In the slideshow, Phillips and her fiancé are seen celebrating their love in three stunning portraits. The first shot includes the couple hugging, with Phillips's sapphire engagement ring in full view. This is followed by a black-and-white snap of Hosier holding up Phillips, as well as another color image of the couple smiling at each other.
Users showed their excitement for the news in the comments, like one who said, "You look stunning!! So so excited for you both!! Lots of love." Another user jokingly asked if the royal children of Stephanie's half-siblings would be in attendance, saying, "Congratulations. I'm excited that maybe we'll see Savannah, Isla, Mia and Lena as bridesmaids, right?"
While Phillips has not announced any bridesmaids yet, we can bet that she will have some royal family members in attendance at her wedding, including siblings Peter and Zara, as well as their kids, who are all the great-grandchildren of Queen Elizabeth II.
Not to mention, the exciting news follows another recent royal engagement. Just last month, Prince Louis of Luxembourg announced that he was engaged to Scarlett-Lauren Sirgue.
Congrats to the happy couple!
