“For parents and carers, it can be a daunting time to help our children and young people through this period of uncertainty but please don’t feel alone,” the caption read. “Make use of the resources out there and the fantastic digital communities that are sharing and supporting them. Stay safe and thinking of you all. For those at home with their children, The Countess of Wessex has highlighted some useful resources that you may find helpful - visit our story for more.”
The caption also revealed that the video was shot by none other than Sophie’s 16-year-old daughter, Lady Louise.
The video message comes days after Prince William posted his own video on the official Kensington Royal social media accounts, asking the U.K. to come together during this time of adversity.
Queen Máxima of the Netherlands and her husband, King Willem-Alexander, also spread some positivity this week by sharing a heartfelt tribute in honor of healthcare workers. The Dutch royal family posted a never-before-seen video on their official Instagram account (@koninklijkhuis), featuring the couple and their three daughters: Princess Amalia (16), Princess Alexia (14) and Princess Ariane (12).
