Sophie, Countess of Wessex, Donned a Camo Top for Her Latest Video Chat—and We're Kinda Digging It

Sophie, Countess of Wessex, just proved camo isn’t only for the army (or social media influencers).

This week, the countess joined a Zoom call with Thames Valley Air Ambulance to thank crew members who have been redeployed to help their NHS colleagues working on the front line. “I am very proud to be your Patron...When we do our Thursday clap, you are part of that as well...Look after yourself, look after your families and please stay safe,” she said during the video call.

For the online event, the 55-year-old opted for a more casual look—a camouflage print shirt. And we don’t know for sure, but we’d make a small bet that she’s rocking a comfortable pair of leggings or sweatpants under that desk.

The countess’s outfit choice does come as a bit of a surprise, considering she’s known for her sophisticated style (might we remind you of her stunning white and navy Suzannah dress for Commonwealth Day), even while tending to her royal duties from home

Sophie isn’t the only one opting for a more relaxed look these days. Yesterday, Camilla Parker Bowles showed off her ambitious side by sporting a pair of blue skinny jeans alongside hubby Prince Charles outside of their home in Birkhall. The Duchess of Cornwall and the Duke of Wales looked casual-chic as they happily took part in the “clap for carers” initiative to honor healthcare workers who are on the front lines of the coronavirus pandemic.

Camo looks good on you, Sophie.
