Sofía Vergara is taking us straight back to the '80s with a new Throwback Thursday post.
On Instagram last week, the Modern Family actress, 50, took fans down memory lane with a rare childhood pic. According to her caption, the photo was taken in her home city of Barranquilla, Colombia, and—get this—she was just 14 years old. Vergara captioned the post, "#tbt barranquilla #the80’s #14yrs."
The snap shows a close-up of Vergara posing in an all-black ensemble, complete with bold red lipstick. But what really caught our eye were those statement black-and-gold earrings. The intricate pieces feature large gemstones and white pearls.
One fan wrote in the comments, "Gorgeous even in the 80's!" Another fan said, "Looks like Selena," referring to the iconic Tejano singer.
If you've been keeping a close eye on the star's Instagram page, you'll notice this isn't the first time the America's Got Talent judge shared a major throwback. In July 2022, the star also posted snaps of herself as a teenager.
In the first slide, Vergara is seen posing in a neon green swimsuit with pink laces, and in the second, there's a close-up of her profile. Vergara captioned the post, "#tbt Barranquilla the 80’s #14yrsold."
In response, one follower wrote, "Slayingg from the beginning of time queeen."
