Simone Biles is getting super candid again and we can't get enough.
It's been a full month since the 24-year-old gymnast competed at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games, and she turned to Instagram to reflect on all her experiences.
“Can’t believe it’s already been a month,” she said. “Definitely not the way I planned the Olympics going but I wouldn’t change anything for the world. I’m proud of myself and the career I’ve had thus far.”
Biles is referring to the fact that, during the Tokyo Olympics, she suffered from the “twisties,” and ended up withdrawing from the team final, the individual all-around and three event finals. However, she still earned a silver medal for her participation in part of the team final, and when she returned to the competition stage to compete in the balance beam event, she nabbed a bronze medal as well.
