So, Serena Williams Smashed the Australian Open with a Teeny-Tiny Doubles Partner?
Game, set, match!
Tennis goddess Serena Williams is the highest-paid female athlete in the world, has spent more than 300 weeks ranked as the number one female tennis player, again, in the world and now she and her Reddit co-founder fiancé, Alexis Ohanian, are reportedly expecting their first child together.
It’s a total hold to love (pun fittingly intended), as Williams took to Snapchat to tease the couple's monumental news. In the snap, Queen Serena rocked a barely discernible, tennis-ball-sized baby bump with the caption "20 Weeks." Williams has since deleted this earth-shattering post, officially setting Babygate Williams-Ohanian, edition 2017, into motion.
We're going to go ahead and assume that this embryo is destined for greatness. Not only are both parents pretty big deals, but, if Williams is in fact 20 weeks pregnant, that means she won the Australian Open in January (her 23rd Grand Slam singles title, NBD) while growing a human inside her.
*Devotes countless hours spiraling down a Reddit hole for confirmation that the world's soon-to-be greatest athlete ever is officially in utero.*
