Serena Williams May Have Just Revealed the Gender of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's Baby

Baby Sussex is nearly here, and while we're furiously refreshing our Instagram feeds for a @SussexRoyal announcement, Meghan Markle's BFF Serena Williams (the pair have known each other since 2014, and Williams attended the royal wedding and the duchess's New York City baby shower) may have let slip an important detail about the royal babe.

In a recent interview with E! News, tennis superstar and Markle's baby shower planner Williams dished on an unnamed pregnant friend. And, what are the chances it's not the duchess, right?!

During the interview, Williams was asked about her friend Duchess Meghan.

"She'll be the best mom, for sure." Williams then gave some expert advice for all new moms: "Accept mistakes and don’t expect to be perfect. We put so much pressure on ourselves."

And THEN, Williams shared this little line: "My friend is pregnant. She was like, ‘My kid’s gonna do this,’ And I just looked at her like, ‘No, she’s not. No, you’re not.'"

Was that "she" a reference to Meghan and Harry's baby? If so, it definitely confirms our suspicions that Baby Sussex is a girl. Back in February, a leaked video of Markle's baby shower revealed lots and lots of pink confections. Although, another photo from the shower, of two light-blue-frosted sugar cookies, also made a solid case for "It's a boy!"

So, did Harry get his wish for a girl after all?! Guess we'll have to wait 'til @SussexRoyal decides to bless us with the announcement.

(Bets on "Diana" as a baby name are about to skyrocket...just sayin'.)
