In not terribly disappointing news, Parker just confirmed the Sex and the City 3 movie is no longer happening.
At the New York City Ballet Gala yesterday, Parker stuck a Manolo in it when she said, “It’s over…we’re not doing it.”
The actress, who played Carrie Bradshaw in the iconic HBO series, went on to express her disappoint, saying, “We had this beautiful, funny, heartbreaking, joyful, very relatable script and story. It’s not just disappointing that we don’t get to tell the story and have that experience, but more so for that audience that has been so vocal in wanting another movie.”
Sex and the City 3 was meant to begin production earlier this month, but Warner Bros. shelved it due to actress Kim Cattrall’s (Samantha) disinterest in a third film.
Ugh, so Samantha.
