Ryan Seacrest Was Already Rocking *This* Accessory Back in His Childhood, According to New IG Photo

We may know him as the host of Live with Kelly and Ryan and American Idol, but Ryan Seacrest wasn’t always the giant media personality that he is today. In fact, the 46-year-old just reminded us that he was once a young, “happy camper” in a new photo on social media.

On Thursday, Seacrest shared a throwback photograph on his personal Instagram account featuring himself as a boy on what looks to be some sort of camping trip or outdoor barbeque. And he was rocking a favorite accessory: glasses. “The happiest camper #tbt,” he captioned the post.

In the snap, we see the television star standing next to a picnic table with his arms held high in the air (we have the same reaction anytime there’s a BBQ about to take place), with a giant purple tent visible behind him. And we couldn’t help but notice that Seacrest was rocking a pair of specs even back in the day. However, he seems to opt for black frames these days.

We clearly weren’t the only ones loving the nostalgic snap. The photo was quickly met with a variety of comments from fans and followers. One user wrote, “Love Camping! This is a great pic of you! You are so fun Ryan!” while another added, “This is the Ryan vibe we need in our lives!!”

We need to know what year this was taken.
