Rihanna Reveals She’s Pregnant with Her Second Child During Sky-High Super Bowl Performance

Baby, she's got us like woooahh!

We were counting down the minutes until Rihanna's Super Bowl halftime performance, and she certainly did not disappoint. The 34-year-old singer brought a medley of her hits to the Big Game, from classics like “Umbrella” to “Rude Boy.” And for the 13-minute show, she sported a gorgeous all-red outfit, as she moved around with a squad of dancers decked out in white jumpsuits.

But the best part? Rihanna revealed that she is pregnant with her second child. This will be her second baby with A$AP Rocky, after the pair welcomed their first child in May 2022.

The Barbadian crooner got fans speculating that she was pregnant again, after she rubbed her belly during the beginning of the show, as seen here. And while it seemed that she was hinting at something, one of her reps confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter that she is expecting.

Along with this Beyonce-level baby bump reveal, Ri also had our palms sweating when she sang the track “Diamonds,” as she stood on a platform that literally floated up into the sky. At one point, viewers could even see it shake a little bit as the singer moved (and we would've been shaking with fear instead of nailing those musical notes).

This was RiRi's first live performance since 2018, when she took the stage at the 2018 Grammys to perform “Wild Thoughts” with DJ Khaled and Bryson Tiller.

It's been over 7 years since the singer released her eighth studio album, Anti, and in October 2022, she dropped the track “Lift Me Up” for the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever soundtrack (and it just recently got an Oscar nom, BTW).

You never let us down, Rihanna. We'll be thinking about this halftime show for years to come.
