Reese Witherspoon just shared a never-before-seen photo of her son, Deacon Phillippe, and the resemblance is uncanny.
Earlier today, the Little Fires Everywhere star, 44, posted a rare photo on her personal Instagram account in honor of Deacon’s 17th birthday. The pic shows the teenager looking directly at the camera, and we can’t decide whether he looks more like Witherspoon or his dad, Ryan Phillippe. (We’ll let you be the judge.)
In the photo, Deacon is sporting blonde hair, blue eyes and a cheeky smile. The image was taken in the family’s backyard, which could practically double as a park.
Witherspoon celebrated Deacon’s birthday in the caption, which read: “Happy Birthday to my wonderful son @deaconphillippe! My bright light/ hardworking / fun-loving / music making / deeply kind son, who always finds the good in everyone and everything. What a pleasure to watch you grow into an amazing young man who is always curious and endlessly creative. Can’t wait to celebrate! I love you so much.”
This isn’t the first time Witherspoon has shared photos of her lookalike kids. Earlier this year, the actress posted never-before-seen photos of her three children: Deacon, Ava (21) and Tennessee (8).
