Reese Witherspoon Shows Off a Series of Chic Outfits on Instagram, Including This One ‘Legally Blonde’-Inspired Look

When she's not sharing her book club picks or filming new episodes of The Morning Show, Reese Witherspoon, 46, is often wowing us with her style. And for those who wish to dress like the Wild actress, she's actually got her own clothing line, called Draper James, which she often reps herself.

Now, in celebration of the brand's new fall collection, Witherspoon showed off three chic ’fits on Instagram, and it was the final look that really caught our eye. With this ensemble, Witherspoon seemed to be emulating the style of her Legally Blonde character, Elle Woods.

“Hey y’all!” Witherspoon wrote at the start of her caption. “@DraperJames’ fall collection is here and I’m in love [smiling face with hearts emoji]. Floral dresses, cozy sweaters and the cutest boots just landed.”

At the beginning of the video, Witherspoon speaks into the camera and says, “We're shooting the fall collection for Draper James today and I want to show you all these amazing new looks.”

Then, the Big Little Lies star shows off three outfits, including a floral gown with brown booties, a navy blue babydoll minidress and then finally, an all-pink ensemble that screamed Legally Blonde.

The final look appeared straight out of Elle Woods's closet, as Witherspoon was seen in a pink jacket dress with a matching handbag and heels.

In Witherspoon's popular 2001 comedy, her character is often wearing all-pink ensembles, so you can't blame us for seeing a resemblance. And it seems we weren't the only ones.

One follower wrote, “The pink shoes are totally channeling Elle Woods in court.” Meanwhile, another person commented, “Pink will always be your color.”

Witherspoon has continued to tease the upcoming Legally Blonde 3, and just a couple months back, she talked about the sequel's progress with USA Today. “I’m still hoping that Legally Blonde 3 is gonna come together in the right way,” she said. “It’s just like Top Gun: They waited a long time to make another version of that movie, and I loved the nostalgia piece they incorporated in it.”

With Mindy Kaling co-writing the script for the third installment and stars from the original movie, like Jennifer Coolidge, confirmed to be returning, we couldn't be more excited. And now, this stylish wink to the world of Legally Blonde has only made us more anxious to see the third film.
