Reese Witherspoon is proving once again that her kids truly are the spitting image of their mother.
The Legally Blonde star just shared a selfie with her oldest son, Deacon Phillippe, and the two look exactly alike. She showed some love for the young musician, saying, "Not enough words to say how much I love this guy. The way he looks at the world inspires me everyday @deaconphillippe."
The mother and son posed in front of a gorgeous waterside sunset, while sporting some matching white tops. However, it wasn't just their clothing that looked the same, and commenters were quick to notice. Author and activist Meena Harris sent two hearts and said, "Twins." Fellow actress Jameela Jamil said the two had "The exact same face!!!!"
Witherspoon's 17-year-old added his own comment, saying, "I love you mom!!" Deacon (whose middle name is Reese) is the second-born of Witherspoon's three children, between Ava Elizabeth Phillippe (21) and Tennessee James Toth (8).
Deacon is pursuing a career as a music producer and he has released singles featuring the vocals of Nina Nesbitt and Loren Gray. In a story by Interview, he said, "I realized there’s more to making music than just being a vocalist, and that a lot of times it’s the production that makes me feel something. I asked my dad about how it works, and he taught me all the stuff he knew, and then I started watching YouTube videos." Now, Deacon has caught the attention of artists like Kygo, and he is even considering doing some acting.
Witherspoon has been able to spend more time with her son, as well as the whole family, since the crew has been hunkered down in Nashville during quarantine. We're loving the family moments that have come of it.
