Over the past few months, Reese Witherspoon has been slowly but surely giving fans more peeks into her personal life. We’ve seen snippets of her massive pool, a mini tour of her kitchen and multiple photos of her kids, Ava (20), Deacon (16) and Tennessee (7), something the 44 year-old actress rarely did pre-COVID. It looks like Witherspoon is in a sharing sort of mood lately, because she just posted another gorgeous photo of her daughter and eldest child, Ava, to Instagram with the sweetest caption.

“I know she’s my kid but I’m pretty much obsessed,” confessed Witherspoon underneath a portrait of her lookalike daughter enjoying a meal for two at The Bel-Air in Los Angeles. It wasn’t long before the actress and producer’s famous friends began weighing in with their own proclamations of love for Ava, including Julianna Moore, Mindy Kaling and Kate Hudson. (What can we say? The UC-Berkley student clearly has a very impressive fan club.)
Witherspoon has definitely been on the more productive end of the spectrum during quarantine (despite her son’s best attempts to distract her). She recently announced that she’ll be appearing in not one, but two new Netflix rom-coms, currently titled Your Place or Mine and The Cactus, as well serving as executive producer for a new country music competition show, My Kind of Country, set to air on Apple+. This is in addition to turning her backyard into an at-home summer camp to entertain her kids this summer (and maybe Gwyneth Paltrow’s kids, too) and fostering her son’s music career.
It’s nice to see busy-bee Witherspoon taking some time out to relax and spend one-on-one time with her daughter. Now all we want to know is, what do you think they ordered for lunch?
