The ‘Queer Eye’ Season 4 Trailer Is Finally Here & Did Karamo Just Say Goodbye to Bomber Jackets?

Queer Eye season four is almost here (July 19!) and Netflix is getting all of us Fab Five fans ready with a new official trailer.

Today, the ’Flix dropped a sneak peek of what’s to come in the upcoming season. So what can we expect? A trip down memory lane for Jonathan Van Ness, pep talks from Bobby Berk, heart-to-hearts with Karamo Brown, pan-flipping à la Antoni Porowski and a little bit of wardrobe revamping via Tan France. But that’s not all. Brown even has a very John Hughes moment at a high school wearing—wait for it—a duster coat. Where’s the bomber jacket?!

This time around, the Fab Five is heading back to Kansas City, Missouri, where they’re changing the lives of Van Ness’s former high school orchestra teacher, Cathy, a farmer who hasn’t yet been exposed to people unlike himself and a woman who uses more hair spray than the ozone layer should allow. They’re also diving in to help an older man work past the demons of his childhood, a man with a wheelchair build a new life for himself and a community-minded man focus a little bit more on himself.

Netflix recently announced the show has been picked up for seasons four and five. So there’s more where that came from.

As Van Ness says in the clip, “Try not to cry. Try not to lose it.” We can’t promise anything, especially when Queer Eye season four hits Netflix on Friday, July 19.
