How Every Aspect of Priyanka and Nick's Wedding Compares to Meghan and Harry's
Celeb power couple Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas may not be actual royals, but they had a wedding weekend fit for a king and queen. And since it was essentially the American-meets-Bollywood version of Meghan Markle and Prince Harry's wedding, we decided to take a closer look at the similarities and differences between the Quantico actress and Suits star's blockbuster nuptials. (They are BFFs, after all. Maybe they helped plan each other's big days?). Here, a closer look at two of the biggest pop-culture events of the year.
What they wore
Markle famously donned a Givenchy by Claire Waight Keller bateau-neck long-sleeve gown for her wedding in May. While we still don't have pics of Chopra's custom Ralph Lauren gown or Jonas's Ralph Lauren tux from their Christian wedding ceremony on Saturday, we do know that the newlyweds sported traditional Indian saris and sherwanis for the pre-wedding festivities, including this bright multicolored gown that we can't stop drooling over.
Where it took place
Both weddings took place at castles, which is only fitting for these two *queens.* While the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were married in St. George's Chapel at Windsor Castle, Chopra and Jonas were wed at the lavish Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur, India.

The Guest List
Meghan and Harry’s star-studded guest list included George and Amal Clooney, Serena Williams, Priyanka Chopra and Oprah Winfrey, but the Duchess of Sussex didn’t return the favor and opted out of attending the Baywatch actress
However, Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, who is engaged to the groom’s brother Joe Jonas, as well as designer Ralph Lauren, Jonas’s Kingdom co-star Jonathan Tucker, Lupita Nyong’o and more were reportedly all in attendance at Chopra and Jonas’s wedding.
Following Indian wedding tradition, Chopra and Jonas held several pre-wedding festivities, including a Sangeet, at which the bride wore a sparkly gold and silver sari by Abu Jani Sandeep Khosla, according to an Instagram post from the designer. While not much is known about the wedding after-party, we know there was an epic family dance-off at the Sangeet (complete with a Jonas Brothers concert, of course).
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex probably didn't have a dance-off at their formal nighttime reception (although, we're sure the Queen can bust a move). Their private and intimate gathering was held at Frogmore House (their future home, NBD), with the bride wearing custom Stella McCartney for the occasion.
