Priyanka Chopra Shared a Photo of Her & Nick Jonas Cuddling and the Internet Has Questions

Priyanka Chopra spent her Sunday curled up with her new husband Nick Jonas. Now, fans have some hard-hitting questions.

It all started when the 36-year Isn’t It Romantic actress posted a pic of herself napping with her head on her 26-year-old husband’s chest. In the photo, Jonas has his arm around his new wife and the other on an ice-cold beer. Standard Super Bowl Sunday, right?

Yep, until Twitter started forming absurd conspiracy theories about who took the photo. The issue seemingly stemmed from Chopra’s caption. She wrote, “Home” with the heart eye emoji, leading many to wonder what mysterious photographer was snapping pics of them in the comfort of their home sweet home.

Twitter was quick to conclude they had used a tripod or professional photographer to capture the tender moment, which, honestly, would be pretty weird. Alas, it appears Twitter was too quick to jump to conclusions.

First of all, Chopra geo-tagged Mammoth Lakes, California, the same vacation destination she shared photos from hours earlier with a handful of friends and family members—all of whom could have captured the mystery photo.

The group included Sophie Turner and fiance Joe Jonas, actor/singer Chord Overstreet, Nick and Overstreet’s music creative director, Chase Foster, artist Divya Jyoti and an additional unnamed friend. Oh, did we mention Jyoti’s and Chopra’s families were also in attendance?

Secondly, the “home” aspect of her comment very well could have meant she considers Jonas to be her home. They are newlyweds after all.

So rest assured Prinicka fans, no one is creepily snapping photos of the couple in their home. It’s just a classic case of loved ones taking pics of lovebirds. Feel free to return to your regularly scheduled hash tagging now, Twitter.
