Congratulations are in order for Princess Eugenie and her husband, Jack Brooksbank, who recently celebrated their second wedding anniversary!
On Instagram, Queen Elizabeth's granddaughter marked the occasion by posting a romantic tribute to her husband, including a montage with never-before-seen wedding photos. She wrote, "Been the best 2 years married to you and 10 years with you in total.. Happy memories always my dear Jack."
As London Grammar’s "Baby It’s You" plays in the background, we see several selfies from their adventures together, including one with penguins and snowy mountains. But what really caught our eye were those two gorgeous snaps from their wedding day. The first features a glimpse of the back of Eugenie's stunning dress while the second shows the newly-married couple posing together.
The princess and Brooksbank tied the knot in 2018 at the lavish St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle (where Prince Harry and Meghan Markle also wed). The ceremony was officiated by Reverend David Conner and several members of the royal family were in attendance, including Queen Elizabeth, Prince Philip, Prince Andrew, Princess Beatrice and Prince Charles.
The royal couple are now celebrating their second year of marriage just weeks after announcing even more good news—that they're expecting their first child together. On Instagram, Eugenie made the announcement by posting a snap of tiny koala slippers and wrote, "Jack and I are so excited for early 2021....[baby emoji]." Looks like these parents-to-be have more than enough reason to celebrate right now.
