The first pic features Brooksbank pushing August in a pram as he walks through a grassy area. (Although “pram” is sometimes used interchangeably with “stroller,” the term often refers to a child carrier with a flat bottom, which is more suitable for infants.)
Next is a selfie of Brooksbank and Princess Eugenie, who is rocking a baby sling. The third photo shows Brooksbank soaking up newborn snuggles, followed by another candid snap of the proud dad taking a nap with Gus on his chest.
She captioned the post, “Happy Father’s Day to you my love…you are the ultimate father to our boy!!”
Princess Eugenie and Brooksbank welcomed their first child back in February. The royal family announced the exciting news on Twitter, writing, “Her Royal Highness Princess Eugenie was safely delivered of a son today, 9th February 2021, at 0855hrs at The Portland Hospital. Jack Brooksbank was present. The baby weighs 8lbs 1oz.”
The tweet also confirmed that several members of the royal family had been informed of the newborn’s arrival. “The Queen, The Duke of Edinburgh, The Duke of York, Sarah, Duchess of York, and Mr. and Mrs. George Brooksbank have been informed and are delighted with the news,” it continued.
Gus is one lucky baby.
