Earlier today, Princess Beatrice announced that she’s engaged to her beau, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi. And now, the real estate tycoon, 34, is sharing rare couple photos in honor of the surprise proposal announcement.
Shortly after the news broke, Mozzi posted a slideshow on Instagram, featuring candid pics of the newly engaged pair.
The slideshow includes four never-before-seen photos of the soon-to-be bride and groom, all of which were taken by Misan Harriman.
The first picture features Princess Beatrice resting her head on Mozzi’s shoulder, followed by a snap of the duo staring into each other’s eyes. The last two pics show the couple being goofy, and we can’t deny that they look majorly in love.
Mozzi captioned the post with a personal note for Princess Beatrice, writing, “You will never be alone my love, my heart is your home. Hand in hand, today, tomorrow and forever.”
The post comes just a few hours after Princess Beatrice announced that Mozzi popped the question during a romantic vacation to Italy earlier this month. He proposed with a stunning engagement ring, featuring a 3.5 carat round diamond. The gem is set on a platinum band and surrounded by tapered baguettes on either side.
According to a spokesperson from Brilliant Earth, the accessory is estimated to cost around $75,000 to $100,000.
