Um, This Video of Prince William Cooking Bolognese Is Just Too Much

Prince William has admitted that when it comes to being a cook, his signature dish is a “roast,” particularly chicken or medium-rare steak (a man of good taste).

But a recent post on Kensington Palace’s Instagram has us thinking that his spaghetti and meatball game is pretty fire.

As the caption describes, The Duke of Cambridge recently became the royal patron of The Passage, an organization that provides resources to end homelessness. Essentially, he’ll maintain an ongoing supportive relationship with the organization, which made a lasting impression on him when he first visited it as a child (awww).

Earlier today, he visited their headquarters and helped their head chef Nour Shab whip up some hearty spaghetti Bolognese, before joining in lunch service.

The picture of Prince William clad in a stark white apron ladling a heaping pile of juicy meatballs onto a homeless client’s plate whilst smiling and laughing is just the little dose of joy (and inspiration) we needed today.
