Yep, Meghan Marklelittle black tuxedo dress stole the show on Wednesday night when the Duke and Duchess of Sussex attended a charity performance of Hamilton with creator Lin-Manuel Miranda. But her husband wasn’t going to go down without a fight for the spotlight.

As he got on stage to thank London’s Hamilton cast, Prince Harry showed off his vocal range with a few notes from a song sung by the George III character (which happens to be Harry’s sixth great-grandfather, NBD), and our hearts almost jumped out of our chest. (You lucky duchess, you.)

“You say…” he began, but laughed it off as the crowd burst into applause. “That’s definitely not going to happen,” Prince Harry said with a smile. “He did try, but I said ‘no,’” referring to Miranda.

Creating a petition for the Duke of Sussex to star as King George in a celeb cameo performance of Hamilton right this minute. Who’s in?
