Releasing pent-up emotions can be troublesome, but not when it’s done in a healthy way. (This, Prince Harry already knows.)

While in Bristol today for a royal visit, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex met members of Empire Fighting Chance, a boxing organization that helps underprivileged youth through non-contact boxing. Prince Harry and Meghan Markle both received a pair of personalized Everlast his-and-hers boxing gloves from the organization, and according to a tweet from royal correspondent Rebecca English, the duke revealed that he liked to box because “it helps with stress.”

If Frogmore has room for Markle’s new at-home yoga studio, there’s surely room for a punching bag somewhere, right, Your Highness?

But not all the emotions get dispelled by the sport, and one young man that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle met revealed to the royal that his father passed away. Immediately, Prince Harry cleared the room for the boy so he could speak with him one-on-one about grieving for a loved one, according to a tweet from royals reporter Emily Andrews. Harry could be overheard telling the boy, 15-year-old Lestyn Jones, that “the same thing happened to me,” referring to his mother, Princess Diana.

You’re going to make the most wonderful dad, Harry…and we’re gonna need a minute, OK?
