Prince Harry & Meghan Markle Just Recorded Their First Joint Podcast (& the Host Gave Harry a New Nickname)

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle just made their first-ever joint podcast appearance, and they never even had to leave their new stomping grounds.

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex recently recorded an episode of Teenager Therapy, which is hosted by five students from Anaheim, California. For this particular interview, three of the hosts traveled to the couple’s hometown of Montecito, where they held a socially distanced conversation.

Unfortunately, we don’t know very many details about the podcast episode, since it will be released on October 10 (AKA World Mental Health Day). However, based on the timing, we expect the conversation to revolve around raising awareness and removing any stigmas about the issue.

One of the hosts, Gael, even coined a new nickname for Prince Harry. When the student asked what he’d like to be called, the royal played it cool, which prompted Gael to go with, “Big H.” (Casual.)

This isn’t the first time Prince Harry has done something special in honor of World Mental Health Day. Last year, the royal carried out an engagement in Nottingham to promote the cause. He also teamed up with Ed Sheeran to release a candid video on his now-defunct Instagram page (@SussexRoyal).

Prince Harry and Markle’s episode of the Teenager Therapy podcast will be available on all streaming platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, YouTube, etc.) starting tomorrow at 12 p.m. ET/9 a.m. PT. *Adds to calendar*
