Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s New Matching Bracelets Spell Out the Same Single Word

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex arrived in South Africa to kick off their ten-day tour of Africa (with 4-month-old baby Archie in tow), and the new parents sported matching accessories.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were all smiles (and lots of royal-tradition-breaking PDA) as they visited the Justice Desk initiative in the Nyanga township of Cape Town, South Africa, today. Markle wore a black-and-white printed dress ($86) by fair trade brand Mayamiko (based in Malawi, where Harry will travel solo after South Africa and Angola) with black Castañer wedges ($120). And the royal couple both wore matching string bracelets that contained the word "JUSTICE."

The Sussexes received their colorful bracelets from the Justice Desk initiative, which helps children learn about their rights and safety. The NGO, which is supported by the Queen's Commonwealth Trust, also teaches self-defense classes and leads female empowerment training for young girls in the community.

Here, Markle hugs a little boy who participated in a workshop in the Nyanga township. She seems to be following in her late mother-in-law Princess Diana's footsteps by bucking protocol in favor of a very hands-on approach when meeting people, especially children, during her and Harry's tour.

Harry was spotted wearing the same bracelet (along with a few of his own) as the two prepped to give speeches during the event.

For their second stop on day one of the couple's royal tour of Africa, Meghan and Harry visited the District 6 Museum and Homecoming Centre in Cape Town, South Africa (after a quick outfit change from their morning visit).

Markle rewore a royal tour of Oceania dress for the occasion: a sky-blue shirtdress with two thigh-high slits and bow waist-tie by Veronica Beard that she previously wore in Tonga, but eschewed the bracelet in favor of very little in the way of accessories. Prince Harry removed his as well.

Welp, that was short-lived. Starting a petition to bring back the JUSTICE bracelets (and add in an "ARCHIE" one, too).
