Thanksgiving wasn’t the only thing Meghan Markle and Prince Harry were celebrating last week. The royal couple also commemorated two years since the announcement of their engagement.
The Duke and Duchess of Sussex marked the happy occasion with an Instagram post featuring photos from important milestones in their relationship. The slideshow included a snap from their engagement photocall, a new (!) wedding photo in black and white and a shot from their public debut as a family of three.
See the post below.
“On this day, two years ago: 27th of November 2017, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle announced the news of their engagement, later becoming Their Royal Highnesses The Duke and Duchess of Sussex! They have since celebrated their wedding anniversary and welcomed their son, Archie, into the world,” the caption read.
And can we talk about that candid wedding pic? Photographer Chris Allerton captured the unposed moment of Meghan and Harry after their ceremony at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle on May 19, 2018.
Ah yes, we remember these milestones like they were yesterday. If only we were actually there...
