Actress Lena Headey (aka Cersei Lannister from Game of Thrones) recently shared a genius hack on Instagram, and it’s a total game-changer—no fancy knife skills required.

In the video, Headey holds up the yellow fruit (with the top and bottom chopped off) and proceeds to slowly peel each perfectly bite-size portion off of the pineapple straight from its core. Mind. Blown.
But before you get too excited, some users pointed out that this technique only works with a certain type of pineapple, namely the “Gomos de mel,” a smaller variety of the fruit that’s especially juicy. Others noted that it can work with other pineapples but that they need to be extremely ripe.
