This isn’t the first time that Barb has shown her support for Flanagan. Shortly after the dramatic Bachelor finale, Barb commented on the lawyer’s Instagram post, asking her out to lunch. “We need to do lunch and go shopping for the day,” she wrote, along with a heart emoji.
To top it off, Chris Harrison also confirmed that Barb pretty much gave her stamp of approval during the finale taping. “I know Barb would approve, because Barb was kind of starstruck when she met Kelley at the After the Final Rose special,” the host said. “So, it’s Barb-approved. It’s Peter-approved. It’s Bachelor Nation-approved.”
Weber first pursued Flanagan when she appeared on season 24 of The Bachelor. Although she went home in episode seven, the pilot didn’t end up with anyone, since he broke off his engagement with Hannah Ann Sluss and then called it quits with his runner-up, Prewett. Weber has been hanging out with Flanagan ever since, and the rest is history.
Still, one question remains: Does Flanagan approve of her potential future mother-in-law? All we have to say is…good luck.
