Bachelor Peter Weber Is Dishing Out Advice to Fans About How to Overcome a Breakup

Former Bachelor Peter Weber is sharing advice on a subject that just recently became his specialty: breakups.

Yesterday, the 28-year-old pilot used his free time to host a Q&A session on his personal Instagram account. Fans submitted inquiries through the handy feature, and Weber responded to a select group of questions.

One fan asked the Bachelor alum to share “advice for someone who was just broken up with out of a three-year relationship.” This prompted Weber to open up about his experience with breakups, revealing that it’ll all work out in the end.

“Breakups are supposed to hurt,” he wrote. “But I believe things happen for a reason and you’re one step closer to your person now. You should never want to be with someone that doesn’t want you back the same way.”

Weber is low-key hinting at his experience on The Bachelor. Although he proposed to Hannah Ann in the finale, the pilot called off the engagement a few months later, claiming he still had feelings for Madison. Weber tried to make it work with Madi following After the Final Rose. A few days after the show aired, the couple confirmed that they were going their separate ways.

Weber later revealed that his mom, Barb, had nothing to do with the breakup, but we’re not totally convinced. Especially since Weber recently admitted that he’s planning on moving out of his parents’ house.

“But real talk yes, either NYC for about a year or L.A.,” he wrote about a potential future move.

Let’s just hope Weber takes his own breakup advice to heart.
