New Bachelor Peter Weber Reveals Whether He’d Give Hannah Brown a Second Chance

Last night, ABC announced that Peter Weber will lead the upcoming season of The Bachelor. While the network already released a complete list of contestants, there’s only one question on our mind: Is he willing to give Hannah Brown a second chance?

The 28-year-old pilot appeared on today’s episode of The Ellen DeGeneres Show, where he dished about where he stands with the 24-year-old beauty queen. When asked what he’d do if Brown tried to win him back, Weber admitted that it (probably) won’t happen.

“Listen, I fell in love with her, and I have been moving on,” he said. “I don’t know if I’ll completely lose all that love in my heart for her, and I kind of hope I don’t because that’ll show me what I had was true and it was real.”

Weber went on to say that while it was difficult facing Brown during the finale, he’s ready to embark on this all-new dating journey. “But I’m ready to move on. And I’m ready to find, you know, my girl,” he added. “And I’m very hopeful it’s gonna work out.”

As for production, The Bachelor is scheduled to begin filming within the next few weeks, which means Weber will be off the radar for quite some time. “You’re completely disconnected,” he continued. “You’re unplugged. I’ve already lost my phone, you know, for this next journey.”

DeGeneres concluded the segment by presenting him with a “Pilot Pete” bed, along with two sets of matching pajamas for him and his future wife.

We’re officially ready for takeoff.
