Meghan Markle’s farewell tour of the U.K. consisted of a variety of royal engagements—in addition to a display of chic, colorful ensembles, including an orange pleated dress she wore for one of her secret engagements.
On Tuesday, we learned that the 38-year-old Duchess of Sussex and her husband also held a private gathering at Buckingham Palace in honor of one of their patronages last week.
According to royal reporter Omid Scobie, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex hosted a “special conversation at Buckingham Palace with [The Queen’s Commonwealth Trust] young leaders, covering mental health, equal opportunities and the importance of supporting youth leadership for global changes and drive positive change.”
For the discussion, Meghan donned an asymmetric pleat dress from Preen By Thornton Bregazzi in an orange-brown hue. And while the dress comes with a pretty hefty price tag ($1,845, to be exact) it’s still managed to mostly sell out. Luckily, we found a few similar options that are beautiful and affordable.
