Meghan Markle Makes Unannounced Appearance in Honor of the New Zealand Mosque Victims

Meghan Markle just made an unannounced appearance, and the reason has left us feeling quite moved.

The Duchess of Sussex, 37, recently visited the New Zealand House in London alongside her husband, Prince Harry. The couple paid tribute to the victims of the Christchurch terror attack by adding a bouquet of flowers to the growing memorial.

According to The Daily Mail reporter Rebecca English, Prince Harry and Markle signed a “book of condolence” and spoke with the staff during their visit.

The appearance came just four days after the New Zealand mosque shootings, which left 50 people dead and dozens injured. Since they were the last royals to visit NZ, Queen Elizabeth specifically requested they pay their respects.

Cue the moment of silence.
