According to Hammer, Markle wore a base of tinted moisturizer, along with a heavy concealer under her eyes. To avoid “looking washed out,” the duchess added a “healthy bit of blush” on her cheeks, followed by a light dusting of translucent powder on her entire face. Hammer says a matte finish is “the quickest way to look polished and professional.”

Markle also wore several layers of mascara and combed her eyebrows, which she slightly filled in. “Meghan’s eyes look really awake and alert, which is in part down to the brows and also the fact that Meghan has two or three layers of mascara on,” Hammer continued.
