Meghan Markle Stuns in All-Black Ensemble in New York City

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are paying their respects to the victims of 9/11. Just two weeks after the 20th anniversary of the terrorist attacks, the couple paid a visit to the One World Observatory at the World Trade Center.

Two days before the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are set to attend the Global Citizen Live from Central Park, they stopped by the landmark downtown with Mayor Bill de Blasio and his family as well as Governor Kathy Hochel. The visit marked the duo’s first joint public outing since the birth of their daughter Lilibet Diana.

And even though the duke and duchess are no longer working members of the royal family, they still pack like them. (Queen Elizabeth and the rest of the gang always travel with a black outfit in case they need to attend a funeral or memorial service.) Markle made sure to wear a respectable all-black outfit for the occasion, featuring a black turtle neck, black trousers and a matching overcoat. Harry twinned with his wife by sporting a black suit and black tie (although, in certain lighting, the tie almost looks navy blue.) They topped off their looks with matching black face masks.

As we mentioned above, the couple flew into NYC to attend the concert on September 25, which will not only raise awareness about vaccine equity, but it will also feature live performances from artists like Coldplay and Jennifer Lopez.

All-black never looked so good.
