Mark Consuelos Posts Vid from Wife Kelly Ripa's 2003 ‘SNL’ Hosting Gig & How Have We Never Seen This?!

Kelly Ripa’s been posting an awful lot of throwbacks of her husband, Mark Consuelos, lately but it looks like he just returned the favor. The 49-year-old actor just shared a #TBT from 2003, when his wife hosted an episode of Saturday Night Live.

On Thursday, Consuelos posted the video clip of one of Ripa’s skits from SNL, featuring the Live with Kelly and Ryan co-host in a fake advertisement for a hair color called Tressant Suprême. “#TBT to 11/01/03 the night @kellyripa, aka my fave, aka wifey, killed it on @nbcsnl,” he captioned the post on Instagram. “What’s in your shampoo? Watching this on a loop.”

In the video, the mother of three is promoting the new beauty product, which not only includes moisturizing features and highlights, but also a small amount of drugs that help her get through her busy life.

We’ll be completely honest, we had no idea that the TV personality ever hosted the hit late-night comedy show. Turns out, the episode was season 29, which aired on November 1st and featured a musical performance by Outkast. And it seems like we weren’t the only ones who were shocked to see the footage. A handful of fans and followers revealed their surprise in the comments section of the post.

One user wrote, “OMG I forgot about this!!!! Soooo good! Love your wifey. She’s hysterical!!” while another added, “How did I miss that! Hilarious!”

Oh, and we can’t not point out the fact that even though the clip was from 18 years ago (!) somehow Ripa has managed to not age one day.
