Lizzo is not here for body shamers, and she's wants everyone to know it. The singer, 32, recently posted a message to the haters on TikTok, and we can't stop watching it.

Over video clips of her working out and showing off her curves, Lizzo says in a voiceover, “Next time you want to come to somebody and judge them—whether they drink kale smoothies or eat McDonald's, or workout or not workout — how about you look at your own f*cking self, and worry about your own damn body. Because health is not just determined by what you look like on the outside, health is also what happens on the inside,” she said.

This isn't the first time the singer has championed body positivity. Back in April, she shared a video of herself in a cute black lacy lingerie piece while sending an honest message to her fans. She captioned the video with, "It’s been a long-ass day. Focus on a body part [you] don’t like about yourself and show it some love today," she said to her 8.6 million followers. "This quarantine has a lot of people suffering from mental health issues because we can’t get out and do our normal coping/self-care routines....self-hatred was starting to creep up on me but I gotta remember I’m 110% that b*tch. Love you!"

If we've said it once, we've said it a million times: We adore this woman.
