Lizzo’s Marge Simpson Costume Just Won Halloween

We've always got our eyes peeled and our fingers scrolling each Halloween, as we try to find the most impressive celebrity costumes. And while there were a number of eye-catching ensembles this year, Lizzo's transformation into Marge Simpson just might take the cake.

The 34-year-old “Juice” singer loves to don a good costume, and she shared pics of her Simpsons-inspire look on Instagram. In the caption, she referenced a popular TikTok sound, as she wrote, “I AM HIM - HIMMY NEUTRON- MARGE HIMPSON - @thesimpsons.”

In the slideshow, Lizzo looks exactly like the iconic cartoon character as she rocks her signature green dress, red heels, red necklace and tall blue hairdo. However, the best part was that Lizzo even painted her skin entirely yellow.

The songstress was styled by Brett Alan Nelson, and her makeup was done by Alexx Mayo. Meanwhile, Shelbeniece Swain did her hair, while Eri Ishizu crafted her nails. The photos were snapped by Alex Waespi.

Followers were obsessed with the look, like one user who said, “Halloween over you won.” Another was seriously impressed by Lizzo's effort and wrote, “The fact that you painted your entire body, that’s commitment.”

The recent Emmy-winner also shared a video to her account where she lip-synced to an audio of Lois Griffin from another popular animated show, Family Guy. Her caption said, “The crossover episode y’all been waitin for.”

Lizzo is clearly a big fan of Halloween and this wasn't the only costume she pulled out in 2022. Just a couple days before unveiling the Marge Simpson look, the “Truth Hurts” singer showed off her costume where she impersonated Chrisean “Rock” Malone from the Baddies reality series franchise.

In the past, the 34-year-old has pulled out a number of other impressive costumes, like back in 2019, when she went as a DNA test, in reference to a line from her song “Truth Hurts.”
